  1. PRIMERO. CONCEDER la solicitud de adicion de la Sentencia T-852 de 2014, formulada por el senor Onilson Ramirez Giraldo.
  2. SEGUNDO. ADICIONAR la parte resolutiva de la sentencia T-852 de 2014, en el sentido de ORDENAR al Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Buga que, en caso de no haber sido posible el nombramiento del senor Onilson Ramirez Giraldo en el cargo de Juez Laboral del Circuito de Tulua, se le mantenga el derecho de hacer parte de la lista de elegibles y, en consecuencia, se le nombre en una sede vacante o, en caso de haber sido ya vinculado como juez, se le respete su derecho de permanecer en el cargo.
  3. TERCERO. Contra el presente auto no procede recurso alguno.
